PVC coated overlay
PVC coated overlay is suitable for laminating with offset ink and UV ink for silkscreen.With excellent ink adhesion and aging resistance performance, it’s not easy to deform or change color during high temperature lamination process.
❏Characteristics：
1.Suitable for lamination of pearlescent ink, gold and silver sheet for silkscreen and dark ink, with high lamination strength.
2.Keep the fluorescent anti-forgery mark clearly.
3.Non-sticky between films and easy for magnetic stripe tape-laying.
4.Abrasion resistant,prolong the life of cards.
5.Producing no solvent or gas discharged.
6.After being put in a constant temperature and humidity chamber, the peel strength ≥4.5N/cm after 120h in 75℃, 95%RH.
